Friday August 6:

4:30-7p - Registration/check-in (Oak)

7p - Worship service

8:30-10p - Bonfire outside, games inside Oak Room

 

Saturday August 7:

7:30-9a - Breakfast (Homemade pastries & more)

9:30a-11:00a - Age group break out time - Adults/Youth/Children

11:30-1p - Lunch (chicken salad sandwiches & more)

1:00-4:00 - Open Swim time

3:30-5p -All ya’ll game time (all ages, multi-generational games)

5:30-6:30p - Dinner (Mexican pork, rice and beans)

7-8p - Worship Service

8:30-10p - Bonfire outside, games inside Oak Room

 

Sunday August 8:

8:30-9:30 - Breakfast (breakfast burritos)

10-11:30 - Worship Service

11:30-12 - Pack up/clean up/depart

What to Bring

  • Bed coverings (Twin sheets or sleeping bag, or other) & towel

  • A favorite snack and/or drink

  • Bible and journal/notebook

  • Swim clothes, sunscreen, pool toys and floats

  • Games (indoor & outdoor)

  • Leisurely things such as a book, guitar, walking shoes, etc.

Leisure Ideas

     Join us for worship, all other opportunities are optional.  Want to relax, play, fellowship?  Here are some ideas:

  • Find a rocking chair, bench or picnic table to read, pray, or talk

  • Walk the prayer trail or other trails

  • Exercise walk the outer loop road

  • Start up a board game or outside game with others

  • Take a nap!
